For those of you that don’t live in the U.S., there are only a couple of days left until our Independence Day! In honor of July 4th I have put together 3 outfits that can easily be recreated from pieces that you may already have in your closet!
This striped red dress from Old Navy has a flattering fit and is super comfy to lounge around in. I paired it with a Tommy Hilfiger cross body for a touch of blue and a pair of Nine West scalloped flats. Both purchased at Burlington with similar items linked below. Throw this dress on over your bathing suit and add a pair of flip flops for a day at the beach!

If you are attending an event or going out for dinner, this is the right look for you. I paired a navy blue scalloped romper with bright red heels, a red belt with star cutouts, and a white cross body turned clutch to create this patriotic look. Purchasing a cross body with removable straps or even straps that can be easily tucked into the bag is a great way to get more use out of them!
Get the Look:
Although I love all of these looks, this one is definitely my favorite. It is easy, laid back and super cute without trying too hard. The denim top is actually a denim dress tucked into a pair of red high waisted shorts from Forever 21. I love wearing my clothing items in many different ways. If you would like to see a post on this please let me know below because I have a bunch of tips! This white cross body is the same one from look two. It is so versatile!
Get the Look:
As you could probably tell, the reoccurring theme of these looks was red, white, and blue. These colors generally look great together so pull some pieces from your wardrobe to easily create similar looks to these. As always, thank you for stopping by and enjoy your fourth of July!
XOXO,

With summer only a week away, New York has been blazing hot and I am here for it! All this heat has of course led to talk of the beach, tropical islands, and finding the perfect swimsuit. I have to say, this summer companies have really been stepping it up with the cutest swimsuits and I’ve rounded up some of my favorites in this post.

Denim on denim is a trend that I absolutely hated for almost all my life. I thought only a few people could pull it off and ten year old Daisi vowed to never wear it. After all these years I finally realized the one trick that makes denim on denim look amazing on anyone and I will be sharing it with you all today!
